The aim of this website is to provide free initial advice for those who cannot afford to pay lawyers.

It is meant to be a first step towards dealing with the legal aspects of employment problems.

Employment law is particularly fast-changing and complex.  Summaries of recent cases are set out in a style which, hopefully, makes them easier to understand.

If you feel that you need further advice, you can get in touch with me.

I am a barrister with Public Access Rights.  This means that you can get in touch direct, without having to go through a solicitor.

My services include advising, drafting letters and documents, and representation.

Most employment disputes may be resolved without court or tribunal hearings.

If I provide you with advice by telephone or email, I will charge you a fee for an amount decided by agreement between us.

My fees are normally based on the means of the client.
